Train the Trainer - Face to Face
A one day public, face-to-face, Train the Trainer programme
Description
The key requirement in any training day is to keep your delegates awake and engaged so you can get the information across in a way they are likely to remember when they’ve left your training room. It can be challenging depending on the delegates, the material and the training environment.
So in this one day training course we unravel the process of taking learning off the page and into the heads of the delegates, exploring ideas on how to make the training stick and how to handle difficult delegates or situations.
We will use excerpts from real training courses that delegates are expected to run as practical reference material for the day. Throughout the course we will unpick the way we are working as an immediate demonstration of training techniques. So they are all in here.
