An Insitute of Leadership approved three day public, face-to-face, Senior Leadership programme, plus pre-course coaching and post-course action Learning Set

Description

After booking, you will receive a pre-course call to ensure the programme is the right investment for you and your business. In that call, we will arrange your membership of the Institute of Leadership and book in:

Pre-course 1:1 Coaching with an Aspire Leadership Executive Coach (approx. two weeks before the programme)

Post-course Action Learning Set (approx. four weeks after the programme)

Being a senior leader in the current climate requires fresh approaches. It requires skills to both respond to - and initiate - significant change. You will consider fresh approaches to lead organisational change sustainably and genuinely.

Over three days, you will focus on leading in line with your core values, strengths and purpose: intentionally shaping team and organisational culture and consciously contributing to your organisation’s or team’s impact on the broader community.

Grounded in business psychology, creativity, and the latest practices in ethical leadership, the immersive programme is led by expert facilitators who will coach, support and challenge you to deepen your leadership mindsets and behaviours. You will work with a cohort of other senior leaders from various sectors and backgrounds, making this a richly rewarding and connective experience. Because every leader is unique and your situation is individual, we will flex the programme's design to fit the needs of the small group of leaders attending.

This blended programme combines the latest leadership theory with dynamic in-person facilitation, online small-group and one-to-one coaching sessions, and plenty of reflective practice. You will leave more confident and equipped to navigate complex challenges and lead your organisation in a changing environment.
