Tee Dobinson
Hello I'm Tee. I’ve trained over 100,000 people and really enjoy helping people take their next step - whatever that is. I focus on making things easy for people and often find this includes enabling them to say what they need to say while maintaining positive relationships – thus making difficult conversations less so, or even go away completely! I have also researched confidence extensively – what makes us feel it and why it comes and goes, and I love sharing tips on how we can access it when we need it, in an authentic way. While I work with many senior teams and boards and spend a lot of time training trainers, I also enjoy supporting people to have the influence and impact at work that they want.
