Katie Churchman
“Katie is goal-oriented, energetic and enjoys working with a fun, focused approach.”
Katie Churchman helps leaders, teams, and organisations unlock clarity, strengthen relationships, and build the capacity to navigate complexity—together. A passionate advocate for systems thinking and relational intelligence, Katie brings deep expertise in systems coaching to support meaningful, measurable, and sustainable change.
Specialising in Leadership Development, Change Mindset, Team Coaching, Personal Impact, and Communication Mastery, Katie works at the intersection of human connection and systemic transformation. Her coaching goes beyond individual insight to uncover the dynamics between people, teams, and the wider systems in which they operate—empowering clients to lead with greater awareness, alignment, and impact.
As well as being a faculty member at CRR Global, where she trains and mentors the next generation of team coaches, Katie is the host of the Relationship Matters podcast, a globally recognised platform exploring Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching and the power of conscious, intentional relationships in life and work. The podcast has reached over 150,000 listeners in 151 countries, reflecting the global demand for more connected, collaborative ways of leading. In 2020, she also had the opportunity to deliver a talk for TEDx Charlotte on the power and importance of storytelling in everyday life.
Whether she’s working with an individual leader, team, or organisation, Katie’s work is guided by one core principle: every action we take is a vote for the kind of person we want to be.
