Ian Guyah Low

Hello, Ian here

My specialism is in Management and Senior Leadership. I bring knowledge and insight drawn from the world of high-performance sport and organisational psychology. With a person-first philosophy, I believe that authentic leadership emerges when people are able to bring their true selves into their professional lives, transcending the roles and titles they assume.

I’m known for my energetic and engaging approach. Drawing from my own diverse cultural background, my work merges high-performance sport, business leadership, and psychological principles to help delegates unlock their potential and achieve meaningful growth. My training style is designed to inspire those golden seed moments” — moments of profound insight and personal growth that lead to lasting change.

As a published author and doctoral candidate, I hold a number of prestigious qualifications, including Accreditation with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (Psychology Support), an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology, and an Advanced Accreditation in Existential Coaching and Leadership from Jesus College, Oxford. I am also an EMCC Executive Coach, an Accredited Spotlight Practitioner, and I have completed advanced studies in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Embodied Practice.

Interests

In addition to my consultancy work, I continue to serve as a Performance Psychologist, supporting elite athletes across various sports including football, rugby, tennis, and Formula 1. My interests extend to exploring the role of ancestry in leadership, with a particular focus on how ancient codes of togetherness influence modern leadership practices.
