Bookings
You can book on-line, by phone or email. Bookings are confirmed automatically by email and you will receive a link to your booking on our system, Bookwhen. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking do please let us know.

Price
The price for the course is that shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice. Public course fees include tuition and all training materials, and for face-to-face courses refreshments and lunch. Any discounts given (for example, for charities) are at our discretion and apply at the time of booking only.
Transfers, cancellation and postponement
Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. If you cancel or change the date of your place on one our public courses a fee is payable as follows: Notice % Payable More than 4 weeks 50% Between 1 and 4 weeks 75% Less than 1 week 100%
You can substitute another delegate at no extra charge.
If we cancel a course any fees you have paid will be refunded in full or you can transfer to another date at no extra charge; the choice is yours. You can substitute another delegate at no extra charge.

Payment
All charges for public courses are subject to VAT. Payment for a public course is due on booking, if paying on-line, or within 30 days of invoice. Online payments are processed through Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account to pay online, the system accepts credit and debit cards. To pay by bank transfer please email info@aspire-leadership.co.uk or call +44 (0)20 3286 5446 for our bank details.
Changes
Aspire Leadership reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the content of any of its public courses at any time without notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely happy with the course please speak to the trainer on the day as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the course still does not measure up, we will refund your course fee in full. Any claims for a refund must be made in writing (email will be fine) within 48 hours of the close of the course.
