With over 16 years in management roles for blue-chip companies like EE, Arup, and Rabobank, I’ve delivered strategic roadmaps and ground-breaking programmes that have transformed how businesses think and behave.

 I’m an experienced facilitator who believes in creating a psychologically safe space where everyone feels valued and heard.
