Annemarie Estess

Hi there! I’m Annemarie. I specialise in helping leaders inspire their teams to deliver excellence, strengthen relationships, and feel part of something that matters.

I lead our public courses in Senior Leadership, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Wellbeing for Managers, Line Management, and Influencing & Communication Skills.

As a facilitator and coach I draw on 15 years of experience working across higher education, technology startups, and leading a small business, and serving as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach™ and trainer leading programmes across multiple sectors.

My clients tell me that I bring a mix of grounded professionalism and Californian warmth to the training room that helps them feel able to reflect, learn, and give things a go.

That’s what I believe helps you take these useful approaches back into your day-to-day and make meaningful shifts in your mindset and behaviour.

Doron Davidson

I am Doron and I bring an inclusive, collaborative approach to the work I do. My professional journey has been a little unconventional but the combination of my different experiences has shaped my unique training style.

I began my career as an entertainment lawyer, which gave me a solid foundation in communication, negotiation and understanding the complexities of people and organisations. After several years, I decided to retrain as an actor. This transition allowed me to explore the art of communication from a different perspective, refining my ability to connect with people on a deeper, more empathetic level. Now, I draw from both these professional backgrounds - law and performance - in my work as a personal communications specialist.

I have a wealth of experience facilitating programmes that focus on building effective, meaningful relationships. My training approach is hands-on and tailored to the needs of each individual or group. In terms of my own overall goal: it is to help people strengthen their communication skills and navigate their interactions with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of international clients, from corporate teams to creative professionals, all seeking to improve their ability to communicate and connect with others.

Ian Guyah Low

Hello, Ian here

My specialism is in Management and Senior Leadership. I bring knowledge and insight drawn from the world of high-performance sport and organisational psychology. With a person-first philosophy, I believe that authentic leadership emerges when people are able to bring their true selves into their professional lives, transcending the roles and titles they assume.

I’m known for my energetic and engaging approach. Drawing from my own diverse cultural background, my work merges high-performance sport, business leadership, and psychological principles to help delegates unlock their potential and achieve meaningful growth. My training style is designed to inspire those golden seed moments” — moments of profound insight and personal growth that lead to lasting change.

As a published author and doctoral candidate, I hold a number of prestigious qualifications, including Accreditation with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (Psychology Support), an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology, and an Advanced Accreditation in Existential Coaching and Leadership from Jesus College, Oxford. I am also an EMCC Executive Coach, an Accredited Spotlight Practitioner, and I have completed advanced studies in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Embodied Practice.

Jess Sedler

Hi, I’m Jess.

I help teams and leaders to communicate more effectively and authentically. I lead on many of our public courses including Senior Leadership, Leadership, Line Management, Presentation Skills, Personal Impact and Influencing and Communication Skills.

I’ve been facilitating and coaching for 17 years. I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Team Coach and I bring that systemic awareness to my work with individuals so that they can build even stronger relationships and achieve greater results.

I’m also an MBTI and NLP practitioner with qualifications in Non-Violent Communication and Integrative Psychotherapy. I originally trained as an actress in theatre and that still informs the practical and holistic way I work in the training room. I am proud to have some long-standing clients at Aspire who describe me as warm, thoughtful, rigorous and dynamic. I’m truly passionate about helping people become more conscious and intentional at work and creating respectful, trusting work-place cultures.
